All original work created by Megaphone Pro Solutions remains our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership transfers to the client—excluding any third-party tools or licensed content integrated into the project.

Search engine ranking fluctuations outside our control
Non-compliance resulting from client-managed content or platforms
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services rendered.
