Payment Authorization: Client agrees to maintain a valid credit or debit card on file for the purpose of facilitating recurring monthly payments. Failure to provide or maintain such payment method may result in service disruption as outlined below.

Service Suspension: If payment is not received within thirty (30) calendar days of the billing due date, service—including but not limited to website hosting—shall be suspended without further notice.

Reactivation Requirements: In the event of service suspension due to non-payment, the Client must remit the full outstanding balance in addition to a one-time reactivation fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD) in order to restore service.

Reactivation Window and Data Retention: Service reactivation shall only be available for a period of ninety (90) calendar days following suspension. After such period, all data, content, and configurations associated with the website shall be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery.

Domain Transfer: Upon written request, the Client may initiate a domain name transfer for a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00 USD), contingent upon the full payment of any and all outstanding account balances. Domain transfer will not be processed until the account is brought current.

Non-Transferability of Website: The website and its associated files, design, and intellectual property are non-transferable and shall remain active solely during the term in which the Client’s account is current and in good standing.

Conditional Discounts: Any promotional discounts, including the twenty-five percent (25%) discount on GBP (Google Business Profile) management services, shall apply only while the Client’s website account remains active. Discounted rates shall be forfeited upon suspension or termination of service.
